Who we are

Studio L1 OÜ (“Studio L1”, “we”) is a company registered in Estonia, registry number 14926103, at A. H. Tammsaare street 107-85, Tallinn, Estonia. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

What we collect, and why

We do not take your payment details

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe and never to us. We receive only confirmation that a payment succeeded, and the order information needed to deliver your purchase and account for the tax. Studio L1 OÜ is the seller of record: Stripe handles the transaction, not the sale.

Two separate lists

Your result and your purchases are one thing. Letters from Studio L1 are another, and we keep them apart:

• Results and orders — you receive these because you asked for something. This is contract performance, not marketing, and it does not require a tick box.
• Letters from Studio L1 — you receive these only if you actively tick the box. It is never pre-ticked, never bundled with anything else, and every letter carries a one-click unsubscribe.

Unsubscribing from letters does not affect anything you have bought.

Cookies and analytics

We use no advertising cookies and no third-party tracking.

Who else sees your data

• Brevo — sends your result and, if you asked for them, letters.
• Stripe — processes payment and calculates tax. Studio L1 OÜ is the seller of record.
• Bluehost — hosts the website.
• Titan Email — carries the mail sent to lisete@studiol1.com.
• Our accountant — sees order records, as tax law requires.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. Ever.

Where your data goes

We are in Estonia, inside the EU. Where a provider processes data outside the EU, this is the basis each one publishes:

• Brevo — a French company. Where it transfers data outside the EEA it does so under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Stripe — businesses in the EEA contract with Stripe Payments Europe Limited, in Ireland. Stripe relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Bluehost — operated by Newfold Digital in the United States, relying on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Titan Email — relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses.
• Our accountant — in Estonia, so no transfer arises.

How long we keep it

• Assessment answers and your result — 24 months from your last visit, then deleted.
• Marketing list — until you unsubscribe, then removed within 30 days.
• Order records — seven years, which Estonian accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may ask us to: give you a copy of your data; correct it; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; send it to you or someone else in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time, without affecting anything done before you withdrew it.

Write to lisete@studiol1.com and we will answer within one month.

If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon, aki.ee) or to the authority where you live. Australian visitors may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).

Children

Studio L1 is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email first.
