All prices are shown in US dollars (US$) and are the total you pay, inclusive of any tax that applies to you. There are no additional fees added at checkout.
Where tax is due — EU VAT, Australian GST, US sales tax, or another — it is accounted for by Studio L1 OÜ, the seller of record, and is already included in the price shown. Stripe processes the payment; it is not the seller.
Digital products are delivered immediately. That has a legal consequence worth stating plainly:
If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins — but only if you expressly ask for immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right.
At checkout you are asked to tick a box confirming exactly that. You cannot complete a purchase without it, and it is never pre-ticked.
Separately from any legal right, we offer a voluntary 14-day guarantee: if a book is not what you expected, write to us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it. You do not need to give a reason. We do not ask you to delete the files, and we will refund any one customer once.
Nothing here limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or EU consumer law, neither of which can be excluded. If a product is faulty or is not as described, you are entitled to a remedy regardless of any guarantee we offer.
When you buy a digital product you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own home and your own life. You may print it for yourself.
You may not resell it, share it, publish it, upload it anywhere, use it to provide services to others, or use it to train an AI model or build a competing product. All copyright and the Studio L1 method, personas, names and marks remain ours.
Services are quoted individually and confirmed in writing before work begins. Scope, price, timeline and what is delivered are set out in that written quote, which takes precedence over this page if the two differ.
Studio L1 provides design direction, methods and documents. We are interior architects, not builders, engineers or financial advisers. Nothing we produce is construction documentation, structural advice, or a guarantee of any particular result or cost.
Any product recommendation, price band or supplier we name is a suggestion at the time of writing. Availability and prices change and we do not control them. Check before you buy.
Some links may earn us a commission. Products are selected on fit alone; commission is never a factor in what we recommend, and any paid link is disclosed.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for the product or service the claim relates to. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including under the Australian Consumer Law and EU consumer law.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live — including, for Australian buyers, the Australian Consumer Law.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you buy, and we keep the date at the top current.
