In my process there is a special space kept specifically for those small intentional setups in our homes that literally take the least effort and give the biggest value. I call them ritual corners, as they solve a small intentional everyday action that is important for us.
One dedicated area in your space, and it can be as small as one m². For example: an office setup specially for you, a spice corner in the kitchen, a coffee or tea making spot in between the kitchen and the living area, a reading corner, a meditation corner — something that gives extra value for your everyday life.
Without any budget you can start creating those corners today in your home, and see your life getting better.
