What you receive · eight documents, by email
01

Mood Board

A small art piece that captures the feeling of your room — the thing you come back to when you have lost the thread halfway through.

02

Design Board

The actual products, materials and colours. Specific, not suggestive — this piece, this finish, this tone. See the elements working together.

03

Layout

Drawn to scale. Where everything goes and why, with the flow through the room resolved rather than assumed.

04

FF&E Table

Every item listed with a purchase link, plus alternatives at different price points where those are accurate. This is what makes it buildable rather than aspirational.

05

3D visual

A preview of the room before you spend anything — built from your layout and the design drawn for you.

The Client and the Property

The client approached me to redesign her 11-year-old daughter's room to better suit her evolving needs. The space had to accommodate studying, relaxing, hobbies, and hosting friends. The house was spacious, with a more classical architectural style.

Main Challenges

The existing room was cluttered, not functional, and lacked personality. The room felt outdated and dark. The daughter had specific ideas for the room's look and feel, which didn’t align with the current design. The client, with limited time and interest, sought a professional to manage the entire design process.

Design Highlights

A multifunctional space with clever solutions to balance study and leisure. A cosy aesthetic that blends classical and contemporary elements. Bespoke furniture tailored to maximise both functionality and style. Thoughtfully selected materials and details to enhance the room's ambiance.

The Client and the Property

The client approached me with a request to redesign her 7-year-old son's room, as he had outgrown his previous baby boy-themed space. The boy had specific hobbies and wanted a dedicated gaming corner. The house was large, with a classical architectural style.

Main Challenges

Functional and smart space planning was needed to accommodate the boy’s various activities. The room required a more mature theme to reflect his growing interests. The design needed to align with the existing interior style of the house, maintaining cohesion.

Design Highlights

A bold and warm design language to create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere. Multifunctional and clever space planning to ensure the room was adaptable for different activities. Iconic design pieces that added character and style to the space.

Art Deco Flat

A simple yet sophisticated design that balanced style and budget.

Scope
Interior design for a studio flat
Size
40 m²
Year
2021
Location
Tallinn, Estonia

The Client and the Property

The client intended to use the 40 m² studio flat both as a rental property and for occasional personal use. Located in the city centre near the seaside, the flat is surrounded by a charming historical area with original 1930s factory elements. It offers a beautiful view of a newly built courtyard, which seamlessly combines the area's old charm with modern architecture. The interior design concept was also naturally inspired by the 1930s style.

Main Challenges

Designing a stylish and cosy interior on a tight budget. Finding affordable yet quality furniture pieces. Choosing suitable finishes and materials to enhance durability and style.

Design Highlights

A simple yet sophisticated design that balanced style and budget. A cosy atmosphere with a nod to the historical charm of the area. Thoughtfully selected details and decor, incorporating matching patterns and cohesive design elements. A concept that achieved elegance and practicality while staying budget-friendly.

The Ritual Corner™
A morning corner by a tall window: a stone side table with an open journal, a pen and a coffee, a soft bouclé chair with a linen throw, and daylight across the floor.
Morning · Open the dayWindow, small surface, comfortable seat, coffee, notebook. Keep the first twenty minutes visually quiet.
Why every concept has one Ordinary moments get calmer,
easier, better.

One small part of a room, set up around something that matters to you — the first coffee, the hour before bed — so the habit has somewhere to live. Small improvements that compound into rest, focus and quiet confidence, and you can start today without any budget.

Have a closer look inside

Morning · Open the day

Window, small surface, comfortable seat, coffee, notebook. Keep the first twenty minutes visually quiet.

Creative · Make space to drift

Keep one surface deliberately unfinished. Sketches, books, materials, whatever is currently interesting.

Evening · Change the atmosphere

Lower the visual and lighting intensity. One warm pool of light beats illuminating everything.

Coffee or tea

A making spot in between the kitchen and the living area.

Reading corner

One dedicated area, and it can be as small as one m².

Office setup

Specially for you — something that gives extra value to your everyday life.

Additional rooms are US$199 each.
